Site Scoring Criteria

The following sets out the scoring criteria that will be used on all inspections.

  • This audit must completed by the Contractor on-boarding Manager for the first 5 jobs, and then 1 in every 5 jobs , allocated to all Contractors carrying out Electrical, Gas, Fire, or Asbestos works, on behalf of MD. It is the responsibilty of the MD on-boarding Manager to decide how long the 1 in 5 audits should continue, based on, but not limited to: scores of previous audits, frequently the Contractors are used etc.

  • Do you have copies of relevant individual training records for Electrical working on site, i.e. in date ECS card, NVQ, City and Guild Qualifications?

  • You must ensure competency of all electrical contractors on site and request copies of qualifications. Request copies of relevant training/qualifications - speak to your local electrical QS or email electrical@mdgroup.co.uk for guidance.

  • No Contactors are permitted to work with proof of in date membership to Gas Safe - notify the Gas Manager immediately. Stop any works from commencing/continuing.

  • Does the Company hold a recognised Accreditation, i.e. IFC

  • Does the Company have membership to a recognised Fire Association, i.e. FPA

  • Upload copy of membership

  • Do you hold copies of relevant individual training certificates for Contractors?

  • All licensed works require a formal licensed issued by the HSE - please upload a copy of the license.

  • Request Asbestos Awareness certificates and upload once received.
