Site Scoring Criteria
The following sets out the scoring criteria that will be used on all inspections.

This audit must completed by the Contractor on-boarding Manager for the first 5 jobs, and then 1 in every 5 jobs , allocated to all Contractors carrying out Electrical, Gas, Fire, or Asbestos works, on behalf of MD. It is the responsibilty of the MD on-boarding Manager to decide how long the 1 in 5 audits should continue, based on, but not limited to: scores of previous audits, frequently the Contractors are used etc.
