Check all electrical connections, coils, etc., at RTU, clean as needed, provide time/date stamp pictures of interior units

Check/Clean condensate drain pans or lines, ADD ANTI-ALGAE PILLS TO ALL DRAIN PANS, provide time/date stamp pictures

Check and clean all HVAC supply/return grills ins tore, provide time/date stamp pictures.

Check t-stats and sensors to ensure all are working properly and t-stats are set to 70 AC and 68 Heat, full time. Ensure they are locked on these temps. Provide time/dates stamp pictures of t-stats set this way.

Check air flow and temp at supply grills. Note these these below.

Report any issues ASAP, provide quote for any fixes needed.
