The site instruction must state that the client acknowledges the works as a variation to contract and accepts the relating charges accordingly. To assist in relating Site instructions to audit documents it is preferred that the Site Instruction states the RB scaffold audit/variation number and item numbers within the document that the client is acknowledging as variation to contract.
