CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE INFORMATION (client)

• There has been a request for variation works outside of RB Scaffolding contracted scope to be completed on the project listed in this document. To assist in the completion of works listed above, a written site instruction is required from a client representative authorized to approve such work orders. The site instruction must state that the client acknowledges the works as a variation to contract and accepts the relating charges accordingly. Site instructions are required to be sent to variation@rb-scaffolding.com.au in order to commence work. To assist in relating Site instructions to audit documents it is preferred that the Site Instruction states the RB scaffold audit/variation number and item numbers within the document that the client is acknowledging as variation to contract. RB Scaffolding personnel have been instructed to not start variation works until required documentation has been received by RB Scaffolding management.
