Check that the structural openings are correct.

Check the area is clear of materials and debris and the flooring is protected 50mm short of the walls to allow installation of skirting .

Install doors / frames / stops / architraves / trims as approved drawings and as specified in SEC RAMS / H&S Policies.

Fire mastics installed in accordance with Fire certification

Check the fixings are adequate and mitres are flush fitting

Check fixings are below surface.

Check free from damage, burrs and abrasions.

Ironmongery Installation

All Ironmongery installed as Ironmongery Schedule

All lever handles / flush bolts / overhead closers operational

All signage fitted to correct positions as approved drawings

All cylinder fitted

Keys tagged and handed over to Bouygues

All ironmongery clear and free of any scratches / damage

Proection

Protection fitted to door faces & jambs

Protection fitted to lever handles

Activity: install skirting.

Check skirting is fixed to line and level.

Check internal scribes and external mitre 90 degree

Check fixings are below surface.
