I have performed a safety inspection of the WTS Pit ensuring that the workplaces are safe for persons working there. The pit was found to be:

I have taken the appropriate actions to ensure that any hazards I identified during my inspection have been rectified and/or have been demarcated in such a way as to not present a hazard to any persons working on the mine site.
I am satisfied that the mine is safe for persons to work in.
