Pre shift

  • Guard reports to work 15 minutes before security briefing

  • Wearing proper uniform with complete patches and shiny paraphernalia

  • Conducts proper endorsement with outgoing guard

During Shift

  • Ensure he greets guests and employees as they move out at their work station

  • keep a detailed record of all items received of the incoming vegetable deliveries at night.

  • Vigilantly monitoring his area of responsibility.

  • Checks if all delivery personnel is in proper clothing before handing card passes at night(no slippers, sando, shorts)

  • Ensure that the contractor has accomplished a signed and approved working permit.

  • Properly check all the equipment/materials egress by the event contractors

  • Ensures all employees parked at the basement have their respective parking cards

  • Conducts under-chassis checking on all incoming vehicles, checking of compartments of motorcycles/and assisting them where to park

  • Issuing parking tickets on the guest park at the basement

  • Guarantee compliance of the guest with our rules that pets, durian, deadly weapons, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Checking of bags of outgoing employees and all listed on the item declaration and to make sure that there is no discrepancies

  • Conducting body frisking on outgoing male employees.

  • Checking breaktime pass of on break employees.

  • Checking gate pass of outgoing company properties including outlet deliveries

  • Monitoring of basement parking making sure all cars are locked and no light left switch on.

  • Disinfecting public Areas

  • Assisting the extra guest arrive at the lobby,verify and confirm to fron desk before allowing to enter.

Post Shift

  • Conducts proper endorsement with incoming guard
