This checklist lists the minimum issued RME tool Kit for each REM Technician. This inspection report shall be used to document missing or damaged tools.

Please complete all Audit checks below. If missing or damaged items are recorded, complete the follow-up action and assign to your SRMET at the end of this Audit to action. Enter additional comments in the text box. Select the Paperclip icon on the top right of the comment box, and select the 'Action' button as shown. Assign to your SRMET email address. They will receive a copy of this audit report and follow-up on the missing or damaged items.
