• REASON FOR ISSUE OF THIS NOTIFICATION
  Having undertaken a survey of the site, it has become apparent that off-cuts, waste/surplus materials and/or rubbish, have been left on site by your operatives and that these are becoming a hazard. This is a Health & Safety Issue and therefore must be addressed.
  Should the item(s) / area(s) not be cleared and left in a safe and tidy condition, to the satisfaction of our Site Manager, by the time stated, McGoff Construction will deem ALL materials, plant/equipment within the area are unwanted. McGoffConstruction will then employ separate labour and plant, as necessary, to clear the area on your behalf. Should this action be necessary, we reserve the right to recover all costs under future valuations
