Supervisor Daily checklist

  • Prepare maid report and assignement

  • To reconfirm with Front Office which floor is occupy, and advice ibrahim to switch on Air Condition and floor fan is swith on at lift landings

  • Round public areas to ensure PA carry out their daily duties

  • Check level 6 store amenities (Weekly)

  • Conduct morning briefing and assign any special task

  • Floors and public areas rounding. Cross check if all departments is clean by PA

  • Perform inspection on vacant clean rooms

  • Ensure Show Rooms is in tip top condition and smell good (If any)

  • Check all VD rooms and ensure all rooms are cleaned by maid. Release clean status in the system

  • Insert key card on energy saving for arrival rooms (Subject to occ%)

  • Ensure maids room assignement is completed (dirty rooms)

  • Ensure maids deliver dirty linen to level 5 on time for counting purpose (Each floor)

  • Remove keys from Show Room (If any)

  • Cross check clean linen that deliver by laundry driver

  • Inform FO of DND rooms

  • Conduct short briefing for balance tasks of the day (Project)

  • Tidy up Hskp Office

  • Cross check maintenance daily task

  • Send Extra Bed record to Hotel Manager (Daily Basis)

  • Check rooftop floor trap ensure it's not blocked by dirt and debris

  • Ensure all store room is locked

Keep Checking task

  • Floors and public areas rounding

  • Release balance dirty rooms to "Clean" status

  • Cross check maintenance daily task
