  • 1. Run your dish alignment and ensure that you have taken pictures showing if this has passed
    2. Run your data loggers and also take a picture of these highlighting clearly any failures
    3. Ask the customer when the STB was installed and make note of this
    4. Check your visit notes and note down if the property/visit is flagged as MDU.

    1. If the dish alignment has passed then we will be completing the visit as a completion
    2. IF the dish alignment has 1 or more fails then this visit will cancelled (Call TM)
    3. You are to add all relevant pictures taken to the iAuditor form
    4. Please add the information of when the STB was installed and if the property/visit is flagged as MDU
