Are floors clean of oil, grease, cardboard, or refuge that could cause an accident?

Do machine guards appear to be in place and in proper condition?

Is material stacked properly so that it will not collapse or fall?

Are work stations neat and orderly?

Are all chemicals, solvents, and dangerous materials properly stored?

Are all aisles free from extension cords, air hoses, trip hazards, and any other safety risks?

Are all panel boxes closed?

Are all panel boxes free from obstructions? 36in clearance.

All electrical is properly run?

Are hoist belts in good condition?<br>

Are the First Aid Cabinets fully stocked?

Are machines under maintenance properly locked out?

Have temporary employees have received and signed all work and safety rules?

Are preventative maintenance sheets for machines being used to document preventative maintenance?

Are dock chains being used?
