Good Safety Behaviours Identified and Colleagues Recognised Yes. The area went down to contingency due to the belt was U/S. The team made sure that all the areas where the bags where going transported, were clear of any hazard. Also and to reduce the excess of manual handling the crew leaders decided to use Wessex and the OOG trolley in order to place the bags in the correct building gaps.

Significant Risks Identified/Action Taken Relight bags on the relight area. The team was asked to clear this space in order to have more space to operate.
