Conditions

  • Visibility of EHS:<br>Signboards (Postures), bulletin boards, Emergency evacuation routes, Alarms

  • Housekeeping: Clean, orderly, materials properly stored, Cable arrangement.<br>

  • Safe Walkways and Access: Clear designated walkways, tripping hazards, cables run safely, safe access at any area.

  • Environmental condition: Dust Control, Sanitation, Waste control, Proper ilumination, Noice control, heat cold stress.

  • Hazard Materials control: Chemicals stored properly, labeled, no visible spills, spill containment in place.

  • Lifting, Rigging Practices: In good condition with all rigging accessories, use of certified lifting devices crane inspected, barricades, banksman.

  • Excavations: Properly shored/ sloped, safe access, protected from traffic, spoils piles.<br>

  • Confined Space: Pre-inspection (Oxygen level), communication, ventilation, watch man and PTW.

  • Scaffolds, Stairs, Ladders: Working safely, inspected, proper use, secured

  • Site Vehicle: In good condition, Beacons and lights working, adhere the site speed limit.<br>

  • Safe Equipment and Tool Use: Right for the job and condition, inspected, used correctly

  • Personal Protective Equipment: Proper use, worn correctly, required for the hazard

  • System of EHS: Lock out Tag Out (LOTO), Permit to work (PTW) (Excavation, Hot work, confined space, Radiographic test etc.), Training, Drill, Clear communication, Risk assessment, welfare.

  • Working at height: Unsafe position, exposure to a fall and falling object, safe use aerial , scissor lifts, ladder, platforms etc.

  • Contacting Electrical Current: Electrical safe work practices, use of PPE (Arc Flash)

  • Body Position Protection: Improper lifting, work positioning, reaching working over head, improper work method
