1. Everyone in the warehouse wears High Visibility clothing.<br>
2. Respect of the 1 m rule between moving PITs and Pedestrians.<br>
3. PIT drivers always have full visibility in the direction they are moving.
4. At cross roads, respect of priority rules and having acknowledged eye contact.<br>
5. Within aisles, no co-activity between pedestrian pickers and PITs. Physical segregation required.<br>
6. No manual handling above shoulder height and no bent back when picking up loads from floor level.<br>
7. No manual handling above 25 kg for men and 16 kg for women.
8. Rotating machines have danger zones clearly marked or enclosed, and signed. Access to the zone or enclosure is prohibited when machine is in operation.
9. At docks, gate closed when no trailer at dock; loading/unloading instruction posted at each gate and respected.<br>
10. Trailers at docks are equipped with a wheel chock, and trestle if uncoupled.<br>
11. Safety pins in place on all racking beams.<br>
12. No damaged rack foot protection, especially at the ends of each rack.<br>
