Note Victorian legislation states faults that will cause serious injury need to be rectified before commencement date. In QLD & NSW the faults can be rectified after commencement date.

When complete save a full copy onto I:\ drive at the following location: I:\.Michael Mazella Proj Regen\Sites to be licenced OR Sites to be Sold (as applicable)\State Folder\Region Folder\Site Folder. E.g. for an inspection of Arajoel the file should be saved in the folder: I:\Michael Mazzella Proj ReGen\Sites to be licenced\NSW\S NSW\Arajoel.

NOTE: That in respect of Asset removal and relocation – When assets are to be salvaged an “Asset Disposal” workflow should be completed by site noting assets to be taken from site and location they will be taken to. The capital accounting team will be reviewing the closed sites assets and any mobile equipment noted in the asset register having a site location at a closed site will be assumed to be have moved and will have the Regional office as the new location unless noted to a specific location. Note all mobile equipment should have been removed as part of the site closure process.
