SEVEN PM - CLOSING CHECK LIST

SEVEN PM DINING ROOM SEC.A /B

  • Furniture clean, arranged, and aligned, (tables/chairs).

  • Ensure all tables are neatly polished

  • Ensure all chairs are free from bread crumbs, food etc.

  • Ensure all doors are locked

  • - Wine cellar and wine fridge must be locked

  • Ensure music is turned off as well as the lights

  • Ensure communal tables is clean, all chairs and leather place mats are in place

  • Napkins and silverwares must be set properly and accordingly

  • All tables indoor are setup for Breakfast operation

SIDESTATIONS A/B/C/D

  • All Soiled Linen bags must be empty

  • Garbage bin is empty

  • Coffee Machine is clean

  • Perishable product must be returned back in the fridge.

  • Coffee cups, sugar caddie, water pitchers are well organized.

  • Ice Buckets must be empty and stored properly. Water from the sanitizing bucket must be disposed.

TERRACE

  • Tables cleared, cleaned, arranged, and aligned.

  • Ensure all chair cushion has been removed and stored nicely inside one of the side station for safekeeping.

  • Ceiling fans and music must be turned off

  • Place mat must be dried and stored nicely

  • Hostess stand brought inside the side station or kept under the awning.

KITCHEN/GENERAL

  • Coffee station cleaned and cleared of unnecessary items.

  • Food runner station must be organized and cleaned

  • Requisition must be done on a daily basis except on Saturday evening.

  • All micros print out must be disposed.

  • Storeroom must be locked and secured.<br>Storeroom keys & Wine Cellar Keys must be checked with LP and ensure keys has been returned before leaving the hotel.<br>

  • Check the hot box, all left over bread must returned to pastry

  • All menus must be collected and stored properly.

ADMIN / PAPER WORK

  • Check all cashiering (Voids, S&P Checks) - Blind Drop procedure

  • Update the Cover Analysis Report in L Drive

  • Send an email to Joel with the napkin quantity dropped

  • Update the Avero Report with all the necessary details

  • Check the sign In & Out sheet of the L&G

  • Send a Handover email if required

  • Make sure all guest`s opportunity are raised in GXP

  • Note any problems
