Ensure that all employees who are able to work from home do so. (Current status: Default working from home)

Are there critical functions/employees returning to office to work?

A. Take care of your workers

1. Common working places are staggered (minimum 1m apart)

2. Signs/Instructions at common spaces in workplace showing: Social gatherings or
socialisation/congregation in groups are not allowed.

3. Employees are all wearing face masks issued (except during mealtimes).

4. Stockpile for face masks and sanitizers are sufficient.

B. Take care of the workplace

1. SafeEntry visitor management system (for Singapore Offices ONLY) and Group HSQE Temperature Logging is used to log the entry of all personnel (including employees and visitors) at the temperature taking points.

2. There are signs/instructions indicating that unwell personnel are refused entry to the workplace.

3. Safe distancing demarcations at common areas (reception entrance, workstations, meeting rooms, pantries).

4. There is an instruction of limiting attendees for each meeting room.

5. Access keypad is deactivated. Contactless card access used.

6. Common contact areas are regularly disinfected and wiped down.
