》Hourly output is tracked and being input on Indusoft.

》 Root causes of red time is registered by operators through Indusoft.

》 Targets are set and communicated to the operator at the beginning of shift.

Managers walk by are regular and frequent ( ask name of Manager doing walkby)

SIM1 targets are available?

SIM 1&2 dashboard are updated (KPIs, pareto, aciton to issues)

Time loss and wastes are known by SIM leader.

Leader identified 3 main barriers

5s Assessment is done

Idea system is manage and encourage. 1 idea has been selected by the leader to discuss.

The leader starts on time?

Agenda is followed (Safety, Quality, service level, idea, 5s). Priority action are discuss based on loss time.

Focus on RED Kpi's?

Sharing of idea to issue resolution is observe.

All participants are identified and on time

Departments are well represented

Observe at least 50% participation in SIM1/2

Participants are sensitive to root causes.

Feedback is given to teams(Sim2 actions are discussed).

Due actions are closed?

Preventive actions are followed by corrections ( improvement are standards)

Actions have due dates and been challenge?
