  • Are chain tabs on your chamber monorail hangers damage bent? Using damage or bent hangers could allowe tires to fall on operators repair tabs or destroy hangers

  • Are monorail components Worn and do not meet the design specifications? Remove worn components immediately

  • Are carrier bearings on J hooks worn beyond design specifications? If they are remove worn J hooks from used and replace J hooks assembly immediately.

  • Are components of the tire cable lift Worn dIf they are discontinued used until repairs can be made.

  • Are safety labels missing/ illegible on your machinery? If they are replace labels: to inform operators of dangerous areas and practices.

  • Is the construction of your spray booth makes it a fire? Contact your insurance broker Fire Marshall or bandag Industrial Engineering for assistance. Note faulty conditions: I.E - flammable materials used in construction, explosion proof not vented to shop exterior

  • Does the spray booth has residue build? Maintain your spray booth clean and free of flammable materials to prevent a fire hazard.

  • Solvent, cement and solvent rags are not properly stored and used only in areas free sparks and electrical equipment to prevent a fire consult local fire codes or your insurance company for assistance

  • Are spray guns being used improperly? Misuse of spray guns can lead to serious injury never. A spray gun at anyone or work on guns that are pressurized

  • Are safety glasses for eye protection being used to throughout shop? If not supply employees and visitors with safety glasses when they enter the shop

  • Is the safety relief valve inoperable? Repair immediately. Valve P/N 903032 1/2" NPT at 125 psi, 100 psi, 903031 -1/2" NPT at 118 psi, 903303 1/2" NPT at 100 psi, 902314 - 1/4" relief regulator

  • Is the chamber equipped with and overheat safety to turn off the chamber if a malfunction occurs? If not install a kit immediately

  • Does the chambers have duct insulation installed ? Duct insulation helps retard fire should a heating element fail P/N 107211

  • Are the pressure gauges chambers broken or missing? Install and maintain all gauges so pressures can be monitored and controlled. Order P/N 902022. DC gauge P/N 902201

  • Are overhead heaters on your chambers touching the duct/wrapped? Replace heaters to prevent a fire

  • Is the pressure switch on your chamber (87-90 psi) malfunctioning? These switches help control excessive pressure build up in the chambers

  • Is the chamber interior contaminated? The chamber interior must be kept free of oil, grease, paper,etc to prevent a fire

  • Are mufflers missing damage on your chambers? Mufflers shuold be replaced. Order 2" mufflers 902267, 3/8" silencer 902005, 3/8" muffler 902002, 3/4" muffler 902004, 1" muffler 902003

  • Are safety labels missing on your pressure chamber? Replace these labels to warn personnel of dangerous areas and practices. Order 4130 #127729, 104 or 276 #121970

  • Are tires bean cured with foreign materials in or on the tires? I.E solvents, sealants, garbage

  • Are chambers being used to cure or heat items other than tires?

  • Are chambers being loaded with more tires then the chamber was designed for?

  • (Model 23 series only) - tire inflation on the buffer is to high. Do not exceed 15 psi on that tire size 24.5 wide base tires 4 ply tires or tires with 144" or greater circumference.
