  • Are Co-Workers sharing information about potential hazards?

  • 1. Get involved in daily "Tool Box Talks".

  • 2. Assign a crew member to get info from other trades of potential safety issues.

7. Ignoring Safe Work Procedures

  • 1. Stop the act and discuss the issue.

  • 2. Explain that we are only as good as our last "SAFE" job.

  • 3. Everyone goes home the same way they came to work.
