Shelter…

  • Is there Flashing around waveguide and ground it.

  • As-built drawing on wall, do not use electrical tape. (use blue tape) (Verify As-Built Date with Engineering's docs)

  • White tape where electrical tape tore off melamine.

  • Silicone outside LBs, checks for gaps and redo any needed, etc.

  • Door stickers (Need new number such as 989-831-8090 for emergency page going forward.)

  • Set of dry-erase markers

  • Notice, Active Alarm System, You MUST call 989-831-8090 or NOC before entering either door. sticker on door (s?).

  • Inspect entire roof for stab holes or roofing not down.

  • Inspect exterior of shelter and doors inside and out for scuffs, dings, etc.-Repair where necessary and paint repair to match shelter

  • Inside with lights off - No light can be seen around door seal and correct.

HVAC

  • Check for Bard Alarm relay hooked up NC. Bottom connector and 2nd from top. (Not top) Write "Alarm is NC" next to stat to save time on next visit.

  • Small window A/C units - Make sure at least 2deg tilt away from Shelter for water to run out.
