  • Was there proper signage to address egress, safety, and regulatory requirements?

  • The team should address the following action items and report back to the author that they have been completed. (Include individual who is responsible to address each item)

  • Did the author hold a debrief with the project team to review their observations?

  • Are there any innovative ideas to share or good safety practices to be acknowledged?
