  • 2.) If you ordered a dark cola drink (coke, root beer, dr. pepper, etc.) is the lid marked?

  • 4.) Did the temperature of your side items meet your expectations, salty, and were they crispy?

  • 5.) Did the temperature and appearance of your entree meet your expectations and did it taste good?

  • 6.) Is your entire order 100% correct and neat in appearance?

EXTERIOR CLEANLINESS/LIGHTING

  • 18.) EXTERIOR CLEANLINESS - Is the exterior of the building clean and pleasing to the eye? (No trash in the lot, windows are clean, landscape well kept, etc.)

  • 19.) TRASH CAN LIDS AND DUMPSTER - Are all trash can lids free of debris, sauce stains, and look eye appealing? Are the trash cans lined, and not over-flowing? Is the dumpster area clean and in good condition?

  • 20.) ENTER / EXIT SIGNS - In good condition and lights working?

  • If the lights are on...

  • EXTERIOR LIGHTING - Are all menu board and showcase lights working? Are all canopy, building lights, lot pole lights, and patio lights working and in good condition?

  • 21.) MENU HOUSINGS & DT - Is the menu clean & in good repair?

  • 22.) MUSIC - Is the Sonic Radio playing and at a reasonable level?

SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES

  • 23.) MANAGEMENT & CREW APPEARANCE - Do management and crew members have on name tags and wearing Sonic branded apparel? (Ok if name tag is covered by Sonic branded outer jacket)

  • 24.) There were no other issues that affected my experience.
