Electrics

  • Does the Account Manager or Project Manager have copies of the RAMS, either electronically or on paper?

  • Are all fire exits clearly marked?

  • Are all Spiro Forklifts labelled?

  • Are all routes of access and egress free from Spiro materials?

  • Have all accidents, incidents and near misses been recorded?

  • Are Staff on a whole working to standards stated in the GES Spiro Health and Safety Policy?

  • Any there any early access exhibitors in the build area?

Sustainability

  • Has the venue displayed/ made Spiro aware of their Sustainability practices?

  • Is there good means to separate waste?

  • Is there evidence of Spiro dumping waste?

  • Are Vehicles being left running through the build environment?

  • Is there hall cleaning?

Welfare

  • Are there washbasins, hot & cold running water?

  • Are toilets' readily available and are they kept clean and properly lit?

  • Is there a place where people can sit and relax during breaks?

  • Are the hotels Spiro staff are staying at suitable i.e, safe environment, clean room, suitable bathroom?
