Terms and Conditions

In the case of a loan machine being required, Cleaner Marketing Services Pty Ltd (trading as Spitwater Qld) extends to its customers this service at no cost (conditions apply) for the duration of the repairs described on the parts and sales proposal sheet.
This loan machine is subject to the following terms and conditions: -
(1) If the customer decides to proceed with repairs as set out on the parts and sales proposal sheet, the loan machine will be provided for the duration, free of charge (except for repair to opposition machines - see note (4) ).
(2) If the customer decides not to proceed with repairs as set out on the parts and sales proposal sheet, Spitwater QLD will charge the following: -
(a) Pick up and delivery charge of $110.00 plus GST
(b) Quotation fee:
-Spitwater machines $150 plus GST
-Other brand machines are subject to agreement.
(c) Hire of the loan machine at the rate set out below (per day) from the date signed by the representative of your company.
(3) When a quotation is issued, the customer has five working days to reply.
If no reply is received, hire will commence immediately at the rates listed below:
$150.00/day *Hot Water Machine
$120.00/day * Cold Water Petrol machine
$100.00/day * Cold Water Electric Machine
$70.00/day * Heater
$70.00/day * Vacuum Cleaner
(4) In the case of a loan machine being required to repair any opposition machine:
Supply of spare parts on opposition machines can be slow and play a part in the time the loan machine is at the customer’s premises. This is out of Spitwater QLD’s control, therefore a hire charge of $25.00 per day + GST will apply (plus other charges above, if relevant)
(5) If machine is returned without allocated accessories (Hose, gun, lance, nozzles etc.) a fee of $50/day will be charged until all accessories are returned in good working order.
Note: The customer is liable for misuse and abuse and also if machine is stolen.
