  • Machine returned in good condition?

  • As acknowledged in the Loan Machine Agreement, the customer is liable for any misuse or abuse of the machine.
    If the condition of the machine has been caused by customer misuse or abuse they will receive a bill for repairs.

  • Allocated accessories returned?

  • Are the accessories in good condition?

  • As per the Loan Machine Agreement, if machine is returned without allocated accessories (Hose, gun, lance, nozzles etc.) a fee of $50/day will be charged until all accessories are returned in good working order.

  • Did the customer proceed with the repairs?

  • Please email a copy of this report to the customer
