1.0 - Previous inspection

  • 1.1 - Has the last inspection been reviewed?

  • 1.2 - Have matters arising been dealt with?

2.0 - Reservoir checks

  • 2.1 - Visual Check of Reservoir Water Level

  • 2.2 - Water Level above 50%?

  • 2.3 - Reservoir in sound condition?

3.0 - Diesel Pump Checks

  • 3.1 - Has Security been informed of test, and announcement made?

  • 3.2 - Oil level/condition ok?

  • 3.3 - Water level in heat exchanger / header tank at correct level?

  • 3.4 - Battery terminals in good condition?

  • 3.5 - Check water level in all batteries

  • 3.6 - Engine started by dropping pressure?

  • 3.7 - Cut in pressure in BAR?

  • 3.8 - When diesel pump is running record the following:

  • 3.8.1 - Water Temp:

  • 3.8.2 - RPM:

  • 3.8.3 - Churning Pressure:

  • 3.9 - Engine ran normally without leaks?

  • 3.10 - Engine was run for minimum of 30 minutes?

  • 3.11 - Total Run time of engine, from clock?

  • 3.12 - Battery charger in working order?

  • 3.13 - Is fuel tank in sound working condition?

  • 3.14 - Is suction valve in locked open position?

  • 3.15 - Is delivery valve in locked open position?

  • 3.16 - Are test line valves locked closed?

  • 3.17 - Has diesel pump been returned to Auto Standby?

  • 3.18 - Fuel tank at least 75% full at end of test?

4.0 - Jockey Pump Checks

  • 4.1 - Motor automatically started by dropping pressure?

  • 4.2 - Please record following pressure readings in BAR:

  • 4.2.1 - Cut IN Pressure:

  • 4.2.2 - Cut OUT Pressure:

  • 4.3 - Jockey Pump left in AUTO mode?
