As the stage manager it is your responsibility to ensure the following form is filled out and completed at the end of each performance.

  • Time of the show

  • Show Date

  • Clear stage- place set pieces in safe positions (clear of yellow lines)

  • Put all props away

  • Put any costumes away

  • Put any real food in canteen fridge/airtight container

  • Microphones have been securely put away

  • All bins and rubbish have been removed

  • Area is left tidy and floor is clean

  • Check that musicians have switched off instruments and lights

  • Turn off all lights Tunnel, Catwalk, Footlights, Blues, Costume changing lights

  • Turn off Backstage and band monitor

  • Stage Manager report is complete

  • Check that lighting, fly and sound have completed their end of show checklists

  • Any issues during the show write down here and any action that has been tacked to rectify them

  • Sign here once form is completed

  • Please ask a supervisor to sign here after completion
