Building cladding and spouting secure

Building roof secure and free of leaks

Building glazing secure, free of cracks and damage

Building roller doors are operational, in good condition and free of damage

Exit path doors are clear

Building WOF displayed

Fire Doors in good condition, close properly and not left open

Fire Alarm system is operational, has been tested as per building compliance schedule

Emergency lighting is operational

Designated exits are clear and signage compliant

First aid kit fully stocked and supplies have not expired

First aid Fire fighting equipment (Fire hoses and extinguishers) have a current inspection and pressure test stamp

Access for people with disabilities is clear, hand rails secure and ramps in good condition

Carpets are rip free and present no trip hazards

Toilets/Showers are clean, have soap, hand towels and toilet paper

Cleaning products are available for use by occupants

Kitchen is clean, no expired products in fridge, soap and hand towels available for use

Chairs/seating in good condition

Tables are in good condition

All gear/equipment kept off the floor and stored properly

Appliance Bay clean

Shelving - secured, heavy items down low and light items up higher

All electrical equipment tested and tagged

Sign in sheet available

Health and Safety manual available

Health and Safety forms avalible

Accident forms avalible

All vehicles and trailers have current registration

All vehicles have current warrant/certificate of fitness

All vehicles have adequate Road User Charges

Station/Depot has sufficient foam supplies

Station/Depot has sufficient retardant supplies
