Flight Deck

  • All documentation, files etc to be removed from behind the seats and left on the seats to facilitate cleaning of this area

  • Clean the area below the rudder pedals and remove any debris

  • Check the Pilot’s chair seat pocket and remove any rubbish

  • Check that the jump seat is clean and ashtray emptied

  • Empty and clean all ashtrays and bins

Passenger Steps

  • Clean folding tables, giving special attention to the sides and corners

  • Clean crew seat and belt, including the areas beneath the folding seats

  • Door entrance floor to be scrubbed giving special attention to edging removing any trapped dirt

  • Wash and disinfect waste bins

  • Clean PA stowage and panel

  • Scrub galley floors

Cabin

  • Seats – deep clean all seats

  • Remove all cushions to clean under frame and space between cushions then vacuum or brush cushions and replace

  • Vacuum or brush seat back

  • Vacuum out seat pockets

  • Wash all ashtrays and vacuum ashtray wells

  • Scrub and wash both sides of tray tables

  • Wash arm rests

  • Wipe under frames of seats

  • Wipe side of seats

  • Wash cabin ceiling panels, giving special attention to ventilation strip

  • Wash and dry cabin windows ensuring no streaks are visible

  • Vacuum and shampoo thoroughly all carpets - under seats and on the aisle

  • Wash and clean all PSUs

  • Scrub and clean side walls

  • Vacuum clean floor level vents, then wash

  • Scrub clean the bulkheads

  • Remove Gum from the carpet

  • Spray cabin thoroughly with air freshener

  • Replace headrest covers as necessary

Toilets

  • Scrub and wash ceiling and side walls

  • Wash sink unit and surrounding panels - removing stains and water marks

  • Wash and polish mirror - use a soft cloth and ensure no streaks

  • Remove waste bins, scrub, wash and disinfect

  • Wash stowage areas, giving special attention to edging

  • Scrub and wash toilet floor

  • Disinfect toilet pans once ground service complete

  • Replenish toilet kit bag

  • Holds

  • Clean both forward and rear hold

  • Forward and aft cargo hold vacuumed and all debris vacuumed from seat tracks
