  • 1. Open all tables created during testing process individually and void off all items and pay off as a £0.00 (ZERO) balance.
    2. On the office Work Station Log into Aztec back office system using the User and Password of ngenengineer for both and click on the Reports Tab.
    3. From the list of reports in the main body of the screen select the "7 Day Statement of Trade" and then selected the correct date for the current week and run report.
    4. This will display a full report of the sales generated within the system for the selected period and if all test transactions are voided correctly will display a £0.00 /zero value.
    5. If this is the case a clear image of the screen information displaying the £0.00/zero sales will be required to be uploaded to iAuditor.
    6. If there are any values present on any of the testing dates these will need to be identified via the detailed transaction report and refunded.
    7. Once all outstanding amounts have been refunded and paid off , steps 2 to 5 need to be repeated and completed.
