Have the scope of works been completed as per detailed in the subcontractors quote?

Is the Paperwork representative of visitors record book and system usage?

Have permits to work been filled out where required?

Are the completed works carried out to a satisfactory quality?(please supply photo evidence)

Was the cost and labour charges justified?

Was the store satisfied with the work undertaken and were they notified of completion?

If the work has not been carried out to satisfaction have the next steps been put in place for resolution?
