Is Jetter hose in good condition?

Does the truck have a working swedging tool with correct dies? NO SWEDGE TOOL ON A 170 gpm TRUCK.

Is there a grease gun on the truck?

Is the operator using protecting shoe/ tiger tail?

Does the truck have proper nozzles?

Are orifices on the nozzle clean?

Are the jetter tips the correct size for the nozzle - are we getting the correct pressure?

Are all the gauges on the back panel & reel working?

Does the hydraulic speed control work properly?

Does the reel brake work?

Is the upper and lower chiksan valve greased?

The chiksan valves are not leak water and in good condition?

The recirculation valve is not leaking water and is in good condition?

Are the upper and lower vacuum hose assemblies in good condition?

Vacuum leaks have not been observed and the vacuum system is in good condition?

Is the gear assembly/sprocket under reel greased?

The debris door show no signs of leaking and in good condition?

Is the decant hose and valve in good condition?

Are door locking pins greased?

Is the debris door safety latch operable?

Is the Drivers Alert decal clean, visible and not defaced?

Is the water fill tube clear (side of tank)?

Is water filling valve working properly?

Are the side boxes clean/do these close properly?

Has pony motor been inspected and are fluid levels correct?

Does the blower have oil and is it amber in color?

Are the cyclones cleaned?

Is the blower filter clean?

Does the debris level float gauge work (side of tank)?

Is the gear assembly/sprocket under boom base and all grease points greased?

Is boom guide extenders and boom guide greased?

Is silencer flapper working?

Are hydraulic levels in operating range?

Is hydraulic fluid clear?

Does water pump have oil?

Is water pump oil clear?

Is the PTO clutch on the pony motor greased?

Does the PTO clutch easily engage?

Are the water filters clean?

Is the water priming pump working?

is the pony motor/water pump belt in good condition?

Is hydraulic cooling system in working condition?

Is the diesel cooler fan working (feel the temp of the diesel tank)?

Ask the operator if he cleaned the ball and cage the last time the truck was dumped?

Is the truck clean, inside and outside?

Does the body/debris tank UP SENSOR work?

Do the cameras( front, blind side and backing) work?

Does the heat and A/C in the cab work?

Has the operator checked the front engine and pony motor fluids?

Are all the belts in good condition?
