1. Site perimeter, driveway,enteance,

  • 1.01 Are driveway grates free of any obstructions, e.g. Mud, leaf litter, rubbish, overgrown vegetation etc?

  • 2.14 Is the site free of Pedestrian Obstructions?

  • 2.15 Are all of the fire extinguishers in the correct place, & have a stamp that is in date?

  • 2.16 Is the ice box located appropriately, (not blocking visibility from the console) and clean?

  • 2.17 Is any stock displayed outside of the showroom clean, stored neatly & priced?

3. Building

  • 3.01 Is the current trading name & phone number displayed at the door?
