Combine or add a copy of the Endorsed plans, CCW (Certificate for Certifiable Work) *where applicable), signed copy of the MSA Statement of Works & Ascon drawings to the Auditor report and save as a PDF. This can be done by saving each document as a separate PDF, then merging all PDF documents together into one combined PDF. Then send that one merge PDF document to Connections@taswater.com.au for processing. Thank you
