General Upper Works Inspection

  • Engine Group: Engine, Engine Gauges, Batteries, Alternator, Starter, Cooling System (Radiators and coolers clean), Belts, Fluid Levels. Complete Leak Check.

  • Check Air Compressor for proper operation and adjustment. Inspect air system for leaks. Check low air alarm operation.

  • Pump Drive / Transmission Case: Runs properly, proper fluid levels, Check for leaks. No excessive vibration or noise, check sprockets for wear and chain for missing keepers.

  • Check all hydralulic components and hoses for leaks including fan drives. Check hydraulic fluid for proper level.

General Undercarriage Inspectio

  • Check transmission for proper operation and fluid levels.

  • Check differentials for proper operation and fuild levels.

  • Check out riggers for proper operation.

  • Check wheel planetaries for proper operation and fuild levels.

  • Inspect tires for wear an inproper inflation.

  • Check drive train brakes for proper operation. (Service & Park
