Provided Tensa Barriers are only to be used at London Designer Outlet

LONDON DESIGNER OUTLET TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USERS

When using any London Designer Outlet (LDO) equipment, you must agree to the following conditions of use:

1. Ensure that you have been instructed in, and understand the safe use of the equipment and do not have any condition or take any medication that would impair your ability to safely operate the equipment that is given to you for your use.
2. Users of any equipment supplied by LDO do so at their own risk and London Designer Outlet will accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage.
3. Users must take good care of the equipment in their charge and will not leave the equipment unattended at any time.
4. Users must use equipment with due care, safety and attention at all times.
5. Users will not allow any other unauthorized person to use the equipment.
6. Equipment must only be used in line with Manual Handling Safe practices.
7. Equipment will not be loaned to a third party.
8. Equipment must only be used within the London Designer Outlet - front of the retail unit for safe queue management.
9. Users must return the equipment in good condition to the LDO team.
10. Users must advise a member of LDO team regarding any incident or damage to equipment whilst in your possession.
11. Users will be charged for any damage arising from careless or dangerous use of the equipment. 12. Users will be charged £100.00 per barrier for any lost or not returned barriers to LDO team..

LDO Team reserves the right to refuse or withdraw, at its’ own discretion, the loan of any equipment.

LDO Team accepts no responsibility for any accidents arising from careless or dangerous use of the equipment. All users must abide by the Terms & Conditions of Use and adhere to these at all times.

LDO equipment must only be used within the London Designer Outlet - front of the retail unit ONLY.
