  • Have you checked all mechanical bolts are tight?

  • Are all Emergency Stops working correctly? Use E-Stop drawing for reference.

  • Are all reset buttons working in series with the power supplies?

  • Have you checked all power supplies for shorts?

  • Have all the limits been positioned to ensure that we are not going to crash the machine?

  • Have you checked all limits are connected by checking the lights on the limits and also the correct PLC lights up.

  • Have you secured all limits in place?

  • Have you programmed the Servo Drives following the requirements on the SERVO DRAWING.

  • Have you made sure that the pendant works in accordance with the PLC commands and labelling?

  • Have you checked for air leaks within the system? Ensuring that the pressure holds.

  • Checked all rams are in sync - Datum bar, X-Table and C-Axis?

  • Set Z Axis home for 350mm from inside floor of scanhead? Caution ensure no hard stopping on z up or down.

  • Set Z Axis max to be 350mm above calibration tabel targets? Limit gap should be 1-2mm.

  • Set Y limit 1 to position so that travel bolts drop into place when axis moved to final stop position. Check limit gap between 1-2mm.

  • Set Y home position approximately 25-30mm infront of Y1 position.Check limit gap between 1-2mm.

  • Set Y3 and Y4 positions for appropriate gaps infront of hard stops. Check limit gap between 1-2mm. CAUTION - hard stopping on Y out will damage the chassis. Be Careful!

  • Set X Home position (LIMIT 3) to line up with the laser profiler line on the datum bar edge.

  • Set X Limit 1, 5mm approx. from end travel hard stop. Check limit gap between 1-2mm.

  • Set X Limit 4 10mm approx from hard stop. CAUTION - hard stopping the axis at the home end will result in a buckled ballscrew. Be careful. Check limit gap between 1-2mm.

  • Started PuTTy, connect to table on 192.168.0.20: port 2000 raw

  • Run – $66 - homes the axes in PuTTy

  • Run – $61,1000 - homes the axes in PuTTy

  • Entered soft limit setting in LabConfigs spreadsheet

  • Calibrated load cells? ACQSYS.

  • Set Air pressure signal to PLC1 (INPUT false below 300kPa, INPUT true above 300 kPa)

  • Gone through all PuTTy commands per " DOC-006083 - Scanner -TableProtocols.xlsx"

  • Test light sensors on Spec Lights - $22, returns $22,1 for "lights on" Test with switch and with PuTTy commands.

  • Test light sensors on RGB lights - $25 returns $25,1 for "lights on" Test with switch and with PuTTy commands.

  • Check alignment of Calibration drawer with Spectrometer line of sight.

  • Collected all serial numbers from Laser profiler, Linescan camera, Spectrometer, 1060-AS-802 and 1060-AS-102?

  • Arduino program deployed and backed up in DDM specific lab folder. Check which program is required - 250μm or 500 μm

  • Check $12 returns lab and version specific reference that matches the deployed software version.

  • Spectrometer has been fully calibrated in compliance with Spectrometer Calibration Procedure?

  • Spectrometer illuminators have been aligned and tested with Spectrometer

  • How would you rate the machine's performance?

  • Please describe any issues or malfunctions with the machine.

  • How many hours has the machine been used?

  • How many trays have been scanned while testing the laboratroy?

  • Please provide a photo of the machine.
