Criteria

  • Is the Jewelry Policy followed? Rings, ear rings, studs, bracelets, including watches or other wrist devices are not allowed.

  • Is the Food Policy followed? Food or beverage, including chewing gum and candy, is not allowed in work areas and locker rooms.

  • Is the Tobacco Policy followed? The use of tobacco or electronic cigarettes is not allowed in work areas and locker rooms.

  • Is the Personal Items Policy followed? Personal items (lunch boxes, bags, packs) are not allowed in work areas.

  • Is the Cell Phone Policy followed? Cell phones are not allowed to be used or stored, at or near, the machines.

  • Is Fragrance Policy followed? Perfume, aftershave, or lotion with a strong smell is not allowed to be worn in work areas.

  • Is the Loose Objects Policy followed? Loose objects (pens, markers, or knives) are not allowed in uniform shirts or left unattended.

  • Are hands being washed upon entry into the production hall and as needed to minimize contamination risk?

  • Are operators practicing good hygiene? Are finger nails clean, with no false nails or nail art?

  • Are approved water bottles (plastic and translucent) being used? Are water bottles stored in designated areas?

  • Are blue bandages being worn for cuts and abrasions?

  • Are hair nets in use and properly worn? Are beard nets worn in the slitting area?
