Inpection

  • Check and record voltage circuits and wiring for heating pads

  • Check electrical connections for the ventilation fan

  • Check electrical connections for main disconnect connection

  • Tighten all control panel wiring screw connections

  • Check all indicators and LCD bulbs, emergency stop, and magnetic and proximity sensors

  • Visually inspect for loose or frayed wiring

  • Inspect the machine for cleanliness

  • Check for any leaks or moisture in the area

  • Check for plastic in machine

  • Check bolts on torsion plate

  • Check camera connection and inspect for build up of dirt

  • Add any additional recommendations from the inspection

  • Add any details of any additional work carried out whilst on site for the preventative maintenance
