General

Cabinet assurance check

  • Cabinet & equipment have been positioned and accounted for as per design layout.<br>

  • Upon completion of the installation, the cabinets should stand stable. The cabinet must be level. Equipment doors locks and covers functions correctly. Antistatic wrist strap must be connected to ESD jack.

  • Cable entries into cabinet managed and entering through correct access plates/holes.

  • Cabinet is earthed, earth correctly labelled and no copper exposed?

  • Cable management appropriate and labelled?

  • RF connectors torqued between 25n.m & 30n.m?

  • Ensure all Cards are secure in rack

  • WISP and RCG Separation shelf installed

TI Installation

  • Alarm and RS485 cable installed on Tx cabinet FPFH and labeled as per standard

  • IDU installed in correct position.

  • Dish and ODU out of way from climbing ring
