    Entrance/ hazard tape, entrance/ emergency doors, exterior/ interior ground surface/ fire escape (pedestrian walkways), fly posting, car park computer system, fire alarm panel, fire escape routes/ doors clear, lighting, telephones/ barrier, fire call points reception frontage and window, fire extinguishers, CCTV and DVR recorder, laptop/printer/memo, link radio/radio, bins secure, general wall tiles/ coverings, first aid kit, key cabinet/register, electric sockets, check recess ceiling including sprinklers, lifts secure/cordoned off, electric cupboard, weather report, log in/off book/registers, check signage/fascias, folders I.e A.I's and S.I's etc, stair nosing's.

    Items to clean:

    Vacuum carpet, sweep emergency exit, glazing clean/ frames, dusting, signage, bins/clean, mop/ entry step, dust reception, stair nosing's

    1st floor/2nd floor, toilets and stairwells (daily fire walk):

    Emergency fire doors( signage), exterior/ interior ground surface/ fire escape ( tenants walkways), tenants swipe card entrance ( locked), 1st and 2nd floor toilets(check for defects, windows closed and no spill ages/clean). Check lighting, emergency lighting and signage,sluice room and electric cupboard locked and secure, cleaning materials cupboard locked, electrical heaters turned off when nobody in the rooms, service door intercom system, fire escape routes/ doors clear and closed, lighting, emergency lighting, fire call points, tenants frontage and windows, fire extinguishers and signage, stairwells, handrails, and nosing's, stairwell and corridor signage (fire escapes), CCTV room and outer door to be locked at all times, CCTV and and DVR recorder working, management office locked at all times, management office- RAMIS open on laptop, ensure all safes are locked, all windows closed, bins secure, general wall tiles/ coverings, dry risers locked, key cabinet/ register, electric sockets, recess ceiling, radio's and spare batteries on charge, intruder alarm panel 1st floor and PIR on 2nd floor, passenger lifts secure and cordoned off, signage/ fascias, women's toilet locked at night, goods lift door closed and functioning, graffiti, 2nd floor front stairwell (no entry sign) in place and cordoned, netting in place on ground floor of back stairwell.

    Clean:

    Saturday only:

    Mop toilets on Saturday only during winter/ cold weather). Clean 1st and 2nd floors, management office/ security/ cleaning room:

    Vacuum carpet, sweep emergency exit, glazing clean/ frames, dusting, signage, clean toilets, stair nosing's, clean sluice rooms, bannisters/ handrails, empty bins, mop entry step, fire extinguishers, clean tables, fridges and microwaves, cabinets and drawers, clean store cupboards, clean lift doors.
