    Check that electric, water, gas are turned off in all empty units. Ensure all units are in good order.

    Exits/ emergency doors, interior floor surface, fire escape (pedestrian walkways), fire escape routes/ doors clear, lighting, frontage/ glazing/ windows, memo/ Ramis, general floor/ wall tiles/ coverings, check doors, check signage/fascias, general surfaces, I.e. Roof tiles/ partition walls, check cabling/trunking, drains, air conditioning/ heating units, telephones cables, emergency lighting/ lighting, doors locked, sprinklers, fire extinguishers in place and signage, stairwells, bannisters, store cupboard, sluice/ electric cupboard, stair nosing's, toilets, sinks, emergency light cupboard, fire call points, alarms.

    Items to clean:

    Sweep emergency exit, glazing clean/ frames, dusting, signage, clean stairs, debris, rubbish/ waste, mop and cone, Hoover.
