  • Due to the operational requirements of the roles and the required work on this contract, a 38 hour week with a single RDO a month will be our base working pattern, do you see any problems with this?

  • 1. There will be a number of call out rosters and it is expected that all employees are available to take part for call outs, this will allow us to share the call out work load, manage fatigue and reduce the number of call outs being restricted to a small number of employees.

  • Will being on a standby roster cause any problems for you?

  • 3. Mixed Trades will be required to work together and you may be required to work alone from time to time due to the operational needs of the business. and When manning levels, skills and safe considerations to do so are met, will this cause any issues for you?

  • 2. There will be times when overtime is required to meet operational requirements, often at short notice, when the workloads of the contract require it. Generally speaking do you foresee any problems working a reasonable level of overtime when asked?
