Entrance and front of house area

  • Were there any obvious maintenance issues?<br>

  • Obvious maintenance issues would include malfunctioning music system, malfunctioning lighting/heating system

  • The number of malfunctioning equipment needs to be taken into consideration, as well as the detail on the signage.

  • Was there at least one gym team member on the gym floor?<br>

  • The gym member present on the gym floor should be clearly visible by members.

  • Were you greeted upon entering the gym floor and interacted with whilst on the gym floor?<br>

  • The greeting from the team member must be warm and friendly, with at least one interaction pertaining to your workout/training regime.

  • Was the gym instructor in uniform and have a name badge on?<br>

  • The uniform must be clean and presentable with the name badge worn correctly.

  • Was the gym reception desk clutter free and only relevant information displayed?<br>

  • The desk should be clutter free from rubbish as well as items which would make it appear untidy. (eg. Folders, coffee cups)
