Communication

  • Action tracking on people survey  - What is the current status? Provide evidence via 'Media' of progress

  • Is your Team utilizing WD learning and trainings are up to date?

Strategy

  • Are you addressing long term client requirements - How are you tracking this to show progress and closures? ie QBR
