HI All
Due to a severe incident last week Bromford have requested we as a company review our current
process for the capping off Gas properties.
We have made a lot of changes at the front end to avoid any works being started before the gas has
been capped off but our department especially the install teams can also help to avoid this
happening again.
going forward the gas engineers’ number will need to be saved in your phone. Craig Tel:
07527482783. it is your responsibility to communicate with the gas engineer on a daily basis, if you
have on your work sheet a gas appointment then prior to you arriving at the job you will need an
email or text from the engineer to confirm the gas has been capped off. please do not start any
works if this hasn't been confirmed, by communicating with the gas engineer it will avoid any waiting
around onsite.
if you have any issues whatsoever then you will need to contact your line manager before proceeding
with any works
