Hi All
After numerous discussions with all the loft crews we are still getting major issues with the IAA not approving the Lofts for guarantees and delaying the payments for the lofts we complete. It has also meant we have wasted time and resources to call back to certain lofts to obtain the correct information-photos etc.
Going forward we can’t afford to keep doing this so it’s imperative you complete your Audit to the highest standards. Below is a list of the main issues we are having and need to rectify asap.
• Items being left on the insulation.
• The loft insulation hasn't been laid flat.
• There are not enough images which show the lofts insulation.
• Loft declarations aren't being completed, or in full. The address is being cut off from images.
• Warning notices are not being left in the loft.
• Downlights are not being evidenced as covered.
• Geotags aren't consistent across all photos.
• Water tanks are commonly not insulated on first visits and remedials are required. -
