• This section is to be used to agree, and record, the transfer of the operational Control of the customer's High Voltage equipment, in whole or in part, to a Senior Authorised Person acting on behalf of Henrick Rose Limited. A schematic diagram showing the extent of the network transferred must accompany this document. This is an operational document and must be agreed and signed at the time of transfer of Control responsibilities immediately before work commences on site.

• It is part of the terms of this arrangement that you shall indemnify Henrick Rose Limited against any claims which may be made against Henrick Rose Limited in respect of damage to property whether belonging to you, Henrick Rose Limited, or third parties and also you shall indemnify Henrick Rose Limited in respect of any claims arising out of injury to any persons whether they are your employees, or employees of Henrick Rose Limited or injuries to persons who do not fall into either of the preceding classes except where negligence on the part of Henrick Rose Limited is admitted by Henrick Rose Limited or can be proved against Henrick Rose Limited. If the arrangement referred to above comes into operation, then it is a term and condition of that arrangement that the indemnity referred to in the preceding paragraph shall come immediately into effective force and operation.
