    -Check surroundings i.e. report long grass, problems with accessing site, any obstructions, defective gates/locks, fences.

    -Check entry to exchange building, door, EACS, locks, stairs and report any problems to the correct authority.

    -Check within the exchange for any hazards like water damage, fire damage, floor, mesh ladders, rubbish and anything to do with the well being of the person conducting the site visit or going to conduct works in this area.

    -Check amenities like toilets, lights etc.
